- Booking a call: the details you enter in Google Calendar's booking page, to hold the call. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract.
- Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics, without advertising cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards they offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact details: up to 24 months after our last exchange, or until you ask us to delete them. Documents submitted to the free check are not kept beyond what is needed to run it and follow up.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or limit its use, take a copy, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to eden@investdeeptech.io. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL), cnil.fr.
Client work
Paid engagements are covered by a separate engagement letter and NDA. Client material is never published or shared. With your agreement in the engagement letter, anonymised lessons from the work (for example, how far a type of date usually slips) can feed our benchmarks, never in a form that identifies you, the company or the deal.
